In addition, Eureka System has developed customized solutions to meet the specific needs of its customers, both in the ceramics sector and in other industries.
Eureka System's continuous sawing machines are modern and innovative machines designed for cutting, chamfering, and profiling slabs and tiles made of ceramic (single-fired and stoneware, including polished), glass (including decorated), and natural stone such as marble, granite, and other stone materials.
Thanks to the multi-blade cutting system and the use of special workpiece holders, these sawing machines allow a wide range of geometric shapes to be obtained, with thicknesses up to 3 cm and dimensions that exceed the side space of the machine. The sawing machine can be used stand-alone or easily integrated into automated processing lines.

Workpiece carrier mat that can be replaced in minutes
Spindle heads with vertical and transverse adjustment, both motorized
Transmission between motors and spindle shafts available in both belt-driven and directly coupled versions, for machining requiring high power
In modern ceramic tile production, which follows aesthetic trends for floor and wall tiles, there is an increasing use of tiles with minimal or seamless joints, combinations of different formats, and the use of large formats.
The adoption of seamless tiles, in addition to responding to hygienic reasons, particularly in areas such as bathrooms and kitchens, also meets aesthetic requirements, as the lack or reduction of the joint is ideal in the installation of large formats or harmoniously combined formats.
This is made possible by grinding the tiles at the end of the production process.
Eureka System has developed a simple and functional pre-grinding machine that greatly simplifies and speeds up the ceramic tile grinding process.
Eureka System designs and manufactures manual and semiautomatic gluing machines for gluing ceramics, glass and natural stone with vinyl glue.
SEMIAUTOMATIC GLUING MACHINES
These machines are ideal for gluing on substrates such as Kraft paper, fiberglass mesh and other materials, used in the creation of mosaics, rosettes, fretwork and artistic compositions of various kinds.
Semi-automatic gluing machines are equipped with an in-line drying module, the length of which can be adapted to the customer's specific needs, or mounted along the return line. The machine can be used independently or easily integrated into automated lines.

Eureka System can supply small-scale dryers for a variety of applications, both static (chambered) and continuous (with parts continuously going in and out of the machine).
